I was hired as Director of Professional Enhancement at Medaille College because of my strong media background. I was asked to help create and implement a new platform for alumni engagement in the digital age. In under a year, I was able to launch Life Well Learned, a platform including both a podcast and website that delivered both professional and personal development using content from faculty, staff, alumni, and valued community experts. The podcast had over 2,000 listens and over 3,000 users to the website with 7,000 plus page views in its inaugural season.
In addition to the podcast, we had accompanying blog articles from experts and alumni relating to the episode topic.
